The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 82 of 2017 registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties on account of land dispute. Both sides sustained injuries. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32238 of 2017 (3) dt.21-08-2017 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 82 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
