The petitioner, who is in custody since 01.02.2020 seeks bail in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 504 of 2018 dated 25.07.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The First Information Report has been registered against unknown. The husband and brother-in-law of the informant are alleged to have been waylaid and fired at. The brother -in- law of the informant died and the bag containing

At the time of the lodging of the First Information Report, the husband of the informant was seriously injured. However, the name of the petitioner has transpired in this case on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person. On such evidence, other accused persons have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court which facts have been stated in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the bail petition.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -XV, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 504 of 2018.
