The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
As per the prosecution case petitioners are alleged to have fired, but no one has sustained firearm injury. It is submitted that there is case and counter case. No one has sustained firearm injury. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24719 of 2022(2) dt.12-09-2022 2/2 named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
