The petitioner is in custody in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 463 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.01.2019. He further submits that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and it is alleged that from the dicky of the motorcycle of the petitioner certificate of Metric and Intermediate and other documents were seized and only on that basis he has been made accused in this case.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.23487 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 antecedent and he is remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 463 of 2018.
