====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 354B, 452, 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the petitioner used to utter filthy words to the informant on mobile phone and when she stopped receiving his calls, he entered her house and attempted to assault her with the knife. However, she escaped unhurt. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, petitioner and informant were class mate in the college and later on some differences arose between them as a result of which she has falsely implicate the petitioner in the instant case. 2. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Sherghati, District Gaya in Imamganj Police Station Case No. 210 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
