2. The petitioner is seeking a direction that the private respondents are disturbing peaceful possession over his land bearing Khata No.44, Survey Plot No. 884, Rakba 12 Katha, Kauza-Faridpur, Hussainganj, District-Siwan. The petitioner is said to have approached the Sub-Divisional Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.8344 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 Siwan, in this regard. He contends that there is no dispute over title and there is no suit pending.

This application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Public Grievance Redressal Officer under Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 by making appropriate application and if such application is made, the same shall be considered and disposed of within the time stipulated under the Act.

This disposes of the application.
