Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received the notice under Section 21(2) of the RFCTLARR (Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement) Act, 2013 in relation to Land Acquisition Case No. 02 of 2019-20 in his name which is Annexure-4 to the writ petition.

3. Counsel submits that he has filed representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.6000 of 2023(2) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 before the authority with all documents of his title /possession which he has annexed here in the writ petition as Annexure-1, 2 and 3, but there is no response made from the land acquisition officer till date. As such, petitioner has no option to move before this court.

4. counsel for the State submits that the petitioner may be directed to file representation before the District Land Acquisition Officer in this matter.

5. In this background, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Land Acquisition Officer, West Champaran at Bettiah within 4 weeks from today and the Land Acquisition Officer, West Champaran at Bettiah is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order with regard to payment of compensation amount to the petitioner within 6 weeks thereafter, if petitioner found entitle for the same.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is hereby disposed of.
