2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 509 of 2024 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.

3. As per prosecution case, 80 litres of country-made liquor has been recovered in front of the house of petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 07.01.2025. Charge-sheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No.1, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Muffail P.S.
