The petitioner, who is in custody since 23.12.2019 seeks bail in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 159 of 2019 dated 24.08.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 395 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Four miscreants are said to have committed burglary in the petrol pump of the informant. The First Information Report is against unknown and the name of the petition has transpired in the confession of Golu Kumar Singh. One of the co-accused persons of this case has been

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the nature of accusation, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -VI, Gopalganj, in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 159 of 2019.
