JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pandaul P.S. Case No. 231 of 2014 registered under sections 506,353 and 384 IPC. The Circle Officer has lodged the case alleging that he was abused and threatened on phone by the petitioner against whom a proceeding was initiated and notice was issued. The contention of the petitioner is that no such abuse was hurled on the informant and only the date fixed in the case was sought to be informed.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Case No. 231 of 2014 on condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father/close family member. During the subsistency/currency of this privilege of bail if the petitioner is found involved in any offence of similar nature, the same shall be treated as breach of condition of bail entailing cancellation of the bail bonds. No sooner the charges are framed, the petitioner shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. Failure in appearance on two consecutive dates shall result in cancellation of his bail bonds.
