The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 235 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that the wife of the petitioner has been granted bail and the petitioner is none other than the father of the deceased and for the reasons mentioned in the order dated 27.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58012 of 2022, this application for regular bail is allowed.
