Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 302/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Police after investigation has submitted charge-sheet only under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. As a matter of fact, the deceased has committed suicide. Petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2020 and he is a man of clean antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial
