The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 234 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 474 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was running a clinic in the name of Anima Clinic holding a BAMS certificate. The certificate of the petitioner was examined and found that the same certificate is not valid in Bihar. The aforesaid certificate was received by the Institute St. John Association and Training Centre. Nobody has complained about wrong treatment in the clinic of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of
