Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 257 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201, 120B, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature and there is nothing specific against this petitioner. Petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Petitioner is an old man aged about 65 years and is languishing in custody since 09.11.2018. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Gopalganj in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 257 of 2018.
