The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 132 of 2017 registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Specific allegation is against co-accused Shivam Priyadarshi. Injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
