The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Maner P. S. Case No. 326 of 2016 registered under Sections 323, 341, 498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the defence taken by the petitioner in the bail application, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25211 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur (Patna) in Maner P. S. Case No. 326 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
