Petitioner is in custody in connection with Nagar (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 919 of 2018 for the offence under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR. He was remanded in the present case on 18.1.2019 yet he has not been put on TIP.

Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the FIR despite he was remanded on 18.1.2019, he has not been put on TIP, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23596 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Nagar (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 919 of 2018.
