JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that he had issued mobile Sim to one Hare Ram Thakur on the basis of forged document and Hare Ram Thakur using that mobile committed forgery and cheating for which a separate case was lodged against him. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that only allegation against the petitioner is that he had issued mobile Sim to Hare Ram Thakur on the basis of the document supplied by Hare Ram Thakur relating to his
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28919 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 identification and other documents and this petitioner has got clean antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Shaket Bihari Shukla be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, at Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No.31 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
