Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 386, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant claimed that F.I.R named accused persons including petitioner demanded extortion money from him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.07.2018. Although petitioner does have criminal antecedent of some cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less, similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court.
