JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the private Respondent, in presence of learned State Counsel, submit that the present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the provisions of the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961, which is a scheduled Act of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009 and, as such, a prayer is being made for transmitting the record to the Bihar Land Tribunal, constituted under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009 Accordingly, in view of submission made by learned counsel for the parties and in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009 the Registry is directed to transmit the record of the case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith.
