The petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2018 in connection with Goreakothi P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 379/461 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was taken into custody in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 155 of 2018 and, thereafter, remanded in connection with the present case with regard to theft having been committed in a mobile shop by unknown miscreants, who had stolen away certain mobile sets and other electrical equipments. It is further submitted that the petitioner has falsely

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Goreakothi P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018.
