1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-5th, Gopalganj vide order dated 30.09.2020 passed in A.B.P. No.984 of 2020.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33495 of 2021(2) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 with Shidhvaliya P.S. Case No.130 of 2019.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Shidhvaliya P.S. Case No.130 of 2019.
