In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No.277 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., the main allegation has been made against Jiyut Yadav to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purposes of marriage.

As the petitioner is a lady and there is no allegation against her, let the petitioner-Ghughwa Devi @ Ghuawa Devi, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24068 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No.277 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
