Petitioner is accused in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2018 registered under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468, 471/34.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police during the search have found one master key from the possession of the petitioner and on that basis the petitioner has been arrested in the instant case although he has no concern with the stolen motorcycle. Similarly situated co-accused Pradeep Singh has already granted bail in Cri. Misc. No. 77117 of 2018 vide order dated 10.01.2019. Petitioenr is in custody since 24.09.2018.

No.78891 of 2018(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 202 of 2018.
