The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 143 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation is attributed to him. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 25.10.2019.
