The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 365/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the order dated 06.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22903 of 2022 and also taking into consideration the clean antecedent of the petitioner, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24698 of 2022(2) dt.20-05-2022 2/2 released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 365/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
