JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 05-05-2016 Learned counsel representing the State Bank of India has produced a communication dated 18-2-2015 from the Centralised Processing Center. This is the communication to the Branch Manager of the Bank from where the petitioner draws pension. From the said letter it is evident that the net arrear of pension payable to the petitioner has been worked out, and was to be credited to the account of the petitioner by the end of December 2015.

Details of the calculation etc. has also been annexed with the said communication.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13307 of 2014 (7) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 Merely because counsel for the petitioner has no information or there is a communication gap between the litigant and the lawyer, this Court will not adjourn the matter or disbelieve what has been produced before this Court. This is an official communication.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. If there is a hitch, the petitioner will follow up the matter to the concerned Branch Manager, and the Branch Manager will ensure whatever help is required to be given towards utilization of the pension amount which has been authorized.
