The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that petitioners and others have surrounded the informant. Petitioner no.2 exhorted to kill the informant whereupon petitioners have caused injury over the head and neck of the informant.

Petitioner no.2, Domni Devi, is a lady and on this ground alone, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, she be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

So far petitioner no.1, Rabin Mallah alias Rabin Kumar is concerned, looking to the nature of allegation this Court is not inclined to enlarge petitioner no.1 on anticipatory bail. Accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Vinay/- U T
