JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 322 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner has got identical nature of criminal offence.

Considering the fact aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above, named on anticipatory bail in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 322 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 7th-cum-Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran (Motihari).

In the event of his surrender before the Court below
