2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of land dispute between the parties whose lands are situated adjacent to each other. Co-accused Saraswati Devi has been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Gaya.

4. Learned APP on the other hand opposes the prayer, inviting reference to the same order of the learned Sessions Judge

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21373 of 2019(2) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 in which several co-accused persons have been denied the privilege of anticipatory bail after gone through the case diary.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
