The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case wherein processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.51111 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 2/3 The prosecution case is that the complainant and her husband purchased a policy through LIC Agent Kameshwar Ram and gave rupees ten thousand per year as premium. It is also alleged that the complainant also gave rupees twenty three thousand and sixty. But subsequently when the complainant and her husband went to the house of Kameshwar Ram and enquired about the maturity then Kameshwar Ram abused and assaulted them. It is alleged against the petitioner that being the Branch Manager of the LIC on complaint being made he did not take any action against the LIC Agent Kameshwar Ram.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against Kameshwar Ram and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with
