2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Allegation against this petitioner is of commission of assault with fist and slaps to the informant, his brother and causing fire-arm injury to the son-in-law of Aklu Manjhi.
4. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against petitioner. Specific allegation of causing firearm injury is against other co-accused persons. It is further submitted that though there is allegation of assault with fist and slaps, but there is no injury report on record.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 45 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
