The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Aurangabad Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.310 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have got appointment on the post of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra by producing forged certificate. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already been terminated from service in the year 2021.
