2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against these petitioners is of commission of assault by Farsa and iron rod on the head of informant and also snatched his gold locket.

4. It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The doctor has found the injury sustained by the informant simple in nature caused by hard and

In fact, the informant met with an accident and got injured and he narrated the story that he was assaulted by the petitioners because he had given warning to these petitioners in dispute of love affair. No case under Section 307 IPC is made out and allegation of snatching gold locket is super addition to make the case grave. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 169 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
