17-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 28.08.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 33892 of 2019.

On last occasion, vide order dated 08.09.2021, a report with regard to present stage of the trial was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'Z'. From perusal of the same, it appears that prosecution evidence has been closed and statement of accused/petitioner under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has already been recorded on 29.09.2021 and now, the case is fixed for defence evidence.

Considering the progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected.
