This application for regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 346 of 2021, arises out of Kaler P.S. Case No. 23 of 2021, disclosing the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018. Petitioner's prayer was earlier rejected by an order of this Court dated 06.01.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41280 of 2021 with an observation that he shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail in the event no charge is framed within six months from the said order.

The petitioner appears to have filed this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24731 of 2022(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 on 20.04.2022 much before expiry of six months as indicated in the order dated 06.01.2022. In the Court's opinion, no fresh ground is made out to re-consider the petitioner's prayer for regular bail which was earlier rejected by the said order dated 06.01.2022.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
