It has been pointed out that in the first paragraph of the order, dated 07.05.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No.37692 of 2014, the expression, "Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code", ought to have been recorded as "Sections 147/148/447/323/504/509/ 354/379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act".

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, it is hereby directed that the expression, "Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code", appearing in the order, dated 07.05.2015, aforementioned, shall stand corrected, and be henceforth read, as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49074 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 "Sections 147/148/447/323 /504 /509/ 354/379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act", in the first paragraph of the said order.

The order, dated 07.05.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37692 of 2014, is further modified only to the extent that the period of appearance is extended by another two weeks from today.

The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.
