Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation against the petitioner is that he withdrew pension amount of his father after his death and does not give information to the concerned department for which petitioner is in jail custody since 5.10.2018 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Hajipur
