The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs commanding the Respondents to allow the petitioner to continue to her post as Anganbari Sevika to which she has been appointed vide letter dated 01.08.2007 issued under the signature of the person concerned to the centre of

Patna High Court CWJC No.17990 of 2015(2) dt.22-09-2023 2/3 Tin Muhani Centre No.-17 under Manjhariya Panchayat, Bagaha, West Champran.

(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the Respondents to make operation at Tin Muhani Anganbari Centre No. 17 as it became it has wrongly been mentioned as Centre No. 82/16 by the respondents.

(iii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to pay the remuneration/salary to petitioner from the date of her appointment as Anganbari Sevika.

(iv) For direction to the respondents concerned to make a thourough enquiry with regard to illegality committed by Office concerned."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is
