The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 592 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the specific allegation of assault upon the informant is confined only against co-accused Ravi Ranjan Rai, the petitioners, above named, who happen to be the father and brother of co-accused Ravi Ranjan

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25230 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2 / 2 Rai, are directed to be released in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S.
