JUSTICE ARVIND SINGH CHANDEL ORAL ORDER 04-09-2024 This revision petition has been preferred by the petitioner being aggrieved with order dated 02.02.2023 whereby the learned family court allowed the application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act filed by the O.P. wife and directed the petitioner to pay monthly interim maintenance of Rs. 9,000/- to the O.P. wife.

2. At the time of argument, it is informed by the counsel that as of now the divorce case i.e. 59 of 2020 in which the order of interim maintenance has been passed by the family court, has been finally decided. Therefore, now this petition
