JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 The petitioner, who is mother-in-law of deceased, apprehends her arrest in a case under sections 304B/34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is general in nature. He submits that a compromise has arrived at between the parties and a petition for withdrawn of the case has also been filed, and father-in-law has already been granted regular bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, as also the fact that the petitioner is a woman and the allegation is general in nature, in the even of arrest/surrender, let her (Asha Devi) be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Saran at Chapra in Marhowrah Police station Case No. 380 of 2016.
