The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 47 (F), 13 (F) and 48 of Excise Act.
It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation is of recovery of 100 K.G. of Mahua but nothing has been recovered from his possession as the recovery is from the road side of village. The petitioner claims that his antecedent is clean.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Bhuneshwar Mahto @ Bhuneshwar Singh be released on bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six
