Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chanpatia (Kumarbagh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that occurrence has taken place between the agnates pursuant to some land dispute in which victims have sustained simple injuries, this bail application is allowed.

No.33443 of 2021(2) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Chanpatia (Kumarbagh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
