This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Tekari (Panchanpur O.P) P.S. Case No. 23 of 2022 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have killed the daughter of the informant and burnt her dead body to conceal their offence and also the petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Case No. 23 of 2022.
