"5. That the S.D.M. Areraj in his order directed the C.O., Paharpur to remove the encroachment. Accordingly C.O. Paharpur initiated encroachment case no. 01 of 2012-13. The C.O. considered the report of Halka Karmchari, Anchal Amin and C.I. and passed his order directing the encroachers to remove the encroachment from the portion of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10022 of 2013(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 Gairmazarua Aam Road. The encroachers did not comply with order of the C.O. as such encroachment was removed with the help of police force in the presence of the writ petitioner."

The present writ application stands disposed of as infructuous.
