The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No.54 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents and the injury purported to have been inflicted has been found to be simple in nature, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
