JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Mahua P.S. Case No.157 of 2016 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In view of the allegations as made regarding firing and killing the son of the informant and injuring another lady in firing, though by one Ajai Rai, petitioners were also together. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. However, the petitioners may surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks from today. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
