The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 354/2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an old man of about 81 years of age and the only allegation against him is that he was also present at the place of occurrence. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no knowledge of his being named in connection with the present case and, therefore, as soon as he came to know about the same, he approached the Court for grant of pre-arrest bail. Considering the aforementioned facts and

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 354/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
