JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-11-2015 In view of the position emerging with regard to grant of mark-sheet of B.A. (Part III), the position taken by the University is that they have already written a letter to the Principal of P.L.S. College, Masaurhi seeking certain details to which no response has come for more than a year.

Let the petitioner furnish a copy of counter affidavit of the University with Annexure-B to the Principal of the college in question. The Principal of the college is directed to ensure that he will furnish all the details demanded in terms of the said communication within a period of six weeks to the University. Once the University receives those inputs and details, necessary follow up action will be taken by the University.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10859 of 2014 dt.26-11-2015 2 / 2 The time frame fixed for the Principal must be adhered to or else, the Court will fix responsibility upon him because it is his lack of cooperation that the University which is holding up the matter. Writ application is disposed of with the above directions.
